Which Bible is the Word of God?

That is a very good question, and one which many have asked, and which also many engage in foolish and time-wasting debates about…so it is a blessing that you have been led here by God, to receive this Holy Ghost teaching according to his word.

The original text

The original text of the holy scriptures is a vast compilation of ancient scrolls called the “textus receptus”, which is Latin for the “received text”. Although it was available for those who translated the scriptures 400+ years ago, this writer does not know of anyone who knows with any certainty where they all are today, or of anyone that is in possession of them, or has seen them.
We can go through many history books, internet articles, and online videos, which will all tell us someone’s opinion on how he thinks that all these texts were put together, and how the books of the Bible were assembled; and this writer did just that, many years ago…and came to the unavoidable conclusion that there are so many conflicting accounts that it is not possible, based upon the testimonies of men, to ascertain a clear and decisive answer to these questions.
However, we are given by God Almighty a very clear and decisive answer to these matters.

The Scripture

It is written, in 2 Peter 1:16-20:
“For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.

We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.”

Therefore we can know by this writing from the apostle of Christ that there is a more sure word of prophecy than God himself speaking from heaven
And that word is the prophecy of the scripture.

It is written, in 2 Timothy 3:16,17:
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”

According to this word from God, it is not possible for two Bibles in the same language, that do not say the same thing, to both be God’s word. If your Bible does not say the same thing as my Bible, then they cannot both be profitable for doctrine, or reproof, or correction, or instruction in righteousness.
And how can a man of God be perfect, if he is not given a Bible from God which is correctly translated, so that he can know how to judge the difference between right and wrong?

The simple answer is, that he cannot; and it is not possible for any two Bibles in the same language, which are worded differently, to both be God’s word.

It is also written that our Lord Jesus Christ said, in Matthew 5:17,18:
”Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.”

So, God himself has said by his Son Jesus Christ and his holy apostles that he has given us his word, and that not even one letter of it shall pass until all things are fulfilled.

So, until every last sinner is in the lake of fire, and the Lord Jesus Christ will have vanquished all of his enemies, and established his holy kingdom in the earth, free from sin and corruption, and death itself will have been destroyed forever, the word of God is still given to us, in its perfect form, given by inspiration of God, so that we can learn to be perfect in his sight; for only those who are perfect shall remain in the land.

For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it.

But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it.”

Proverbs 2:21,22

A little over 400 years ago, the received text, a compilation of over 5,000 manuscripts in Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic, was used, along with other previous translations, diligently compared and revised, by a team of 47 scholars (though some reports say more) assembled by the providence of God Almighty, under the earthly reign of James l, King of England, to create a true and accurate English translation of the old and new testaments. It was finished and released to be read in the churches in the year of our Lord 1611, and it is called the Holy Bible, King James Version.

For those who read English, the Holy Bible, King James Version, is the word of God.

Gainsayers and haters of God’s Word

Contrary to the vain arguments of many ungodly who hate God’s word, James had nothing to do with the translation of the Holy Bible. He was simply the reigning monarch when it was translated, and so there is a dedicatory epistle in the front of it, wherein the translators gave thanks and honour to him for allowing them to finish the work without persecution, as there were many wicked kings before him who would have put them to death for attempting such a work.
Many say that James was a Freemason, and he likely was, being a monarch. Many say that he was a homosexual, and an adulterer, and a Catholic; and if he was any or all of those things, then that is between him and God. But the Holy Bible that is dedicated to his reign clearly condemns the Roman Catholic religion, and the practices of sodomy and adultery; so it cannot possibly have been altered by him to favour his sins, or any malicious political agenda, as many ungodly sinners assert.
There are yet others who hate God’s word, who will refer to the language of the KJV Bible as “Old English”, “Elizabethan English”, or even suggest that it was written by William Shakespeare. That is very silly indeed; and could only be said by someone who is both illiterate, and ungodly.
The language of the KJV Bible is not “old English”.
It is proper English; a thing that has lamentably become a lost art in these last days.
The people’s command of the English language today has been greatly degraded by Satan over the last century; and the unfortunate reality is that most college graduates these days (we are in 2022 presently) would not be able to read or understand any English composition written more than 100 years ago.
This is in great part due to the concerted communist agenda over the last 50-60 years to use the Western public school and “higher learning” system to make our children and young adults stupid and illiterate.

False Bibles

And so, being that Satan, that old serpent, the devil, had succeeded in dumbing down the youth so that they didn’t know how to speak or read English anymore, THEN he began to introduce false Bibles into the churches, which are said to be translated from “older and more reliable manuscripts”, and are written in insultingly condescending and perverted English, to appeal to those who are uneducated, unholy, and illiterate; and, in the process, he succeeded in changing key parts of the scripture, to hide the truth of God’s word from the people and keep them in the darkness, lost in their sins and hellbound.
These false Bibles are used by false pastors who graduate from Jesuit seminaries, and have been placed in the churches by the Jesuit order to deceive the people while they go to church.
But the truth is, that these new age false Bibles are not translated from “older and more reliable manuscripts”. They are translated from corrupted manuscripts like the Alexandrian and Latin Vulgate texts used by the Roman Catholic church to deceive her children; and they are also copyrighted; which means that they are written and owned by men, and other men must pay for their permission to use certain portions of their Bibles, because their religion is a business.

Copyrighted Bibles

ALL modern (new age) translations of the English Holy Bible are written and owned by men, and will contain a text somewhere at the front which says something like this:
________________________________

The text of the NASB® (New American Standard Bible®) may be quoted in any form (written, visual, electronic, or audio) up to and inclusive of one thousand (1,000) verses without express written permission of The Lockman Foundation, providing the verses do not amount to a complete book of the Bible, nor do the verses quoted account for more than 50% of the total text of the work in which they are quoted, nor may more than 1,000 verses be stored in an electronic retrieval system.

Notice of copyright must appear as follows, unless otherwise stated below, on the title page, copyright page, or the section where the quoted material appears:

“Scripture quotations taken from the (NASB®) New American Standard Bible®, Copyright © 1960, 1971, 1977, 1995, 2020 by The Lockman Foundation. Used by permission. All rights reserved. www.lockman.org”

Now, no one can just make a copy, word for word, of the Holy Bible, and get a copyright on it. In order to be awarded a copyright, what you are presenting must be a completely original work – not a copy of someone else’s work.
Therefore, whenever you see this copyright section in a book that is called a Holy Bible, you can know that it is not God’s word. It has been changed from God’s word to such a degree that it is considered to be an ORIGINAL WORK. That is why it has a copyright, and an owner; and that means that it is a NOVEL; a FICTIONAL WORK, and NOT GOD’S WORD.
If you have a Holy Bible, King James version, and it has maps, study helps, column references, or anything other than the plain text of the Bible, you might see a copyright on those reference materials, but one thing that you will NOT see is a copyright on the text of the KJV Bible. And the reason for that is, there isn’t one.
The text of the KJV Bible is God’s word, and it is freely given to all men, everywhere.
There is, and can be, no copyright on God’s word.

Conclusion

So, we conclude that, according to the testimony of God’s own word, there can only be ONE HOLY BIBLE in any given language, that is given by inspiration of God, and profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be perfect…and in the English language, that is the Holy Bible, King James Version.
Any other English Bible version that is worded differently is not God’s word, and cannot be God’s word, according to God’s word.
Amen.
If you are in the USA or Canada, and do not have a KJV Bible, are not able to buy one, and would like one sent to you, please write to us via this website and request one, and we will be happy to have one sent to you, free of charge.
Remember the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, who said,
“If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

John 8:31,32
 Amen.
