The Bible says that in the beginning, God created man male and female.
“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”
Genesis 1:27
“Gender” (referring to humans) is a word that refers to the sex of a man or woman.
The gender of a man is male, and the gender of a woman is female.
The prefix “trans-” means something that is changing or crossing from one state or place to another.

So, the word “trans-gender” means a person who believes that he is being changed, or crossing over, from a man into a woman, or from a woman into a man.
And, being that it is not possible for a man to become a woman, or for a woman to become a man, the belief that some people have that they are doing so is a strong delusion, which has come upon them because they have rejected the light, which is the truth of God’s word, and they have embraced the darkness.
As it is written,
“Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.”
Romans 1:25-27
When someone becomes convinced of things that are irrational and not congruent with reality, they are said by medical professionals to suffer from a mental illness called psychosis, or a cognitive disorder. Cognitive disorders include dementia, amnesia, and delirium.
While it is so that, in today’s world, a man can have access to drugs which will alter his natural hormones, and he can have access to barbaric surgical procedures which will castrate him and attach prosthetic female-like breasts to his body, it is neither rational nor sane to imagine that he can become a woman.
A woman is made by God to be a woman. She has a reproductive system, a womb, actual working breasts that can nourish children, and a natural hormonal/emotional structure that makes her a woman, with the God given ability to be a nursing mother to children, and a wife to her husband. Her brain, her body, and her soul are inherently female, and physiologically vastly different from that of a man.
A man can obviously never become a woman.
And while it is so that a woman can have access to similar drugs and barbaric surgical procedures to so irreparably damage her mammaries, natural hormonal balance, and reproductive system, that her God given femininity may no longer function normally; and though she may dress like a man, try to act like a man, and pretend to have a wife, the reality of the matter is that she is not a man, and she can never be a man.
She may have a prosthetic phallus attached to her body, or even one surgically sculpted from her own genitalia, but she has no semen to beget children, because she is a woman.
And a woman cannot ever be a man.
So, in conclusion, a “transgender person” is one who is suffering from psychosis, a severe mental disorder that creates in him a failure to perceive reality and truth; and he (or she) lives in an ever deepening state of delusion, imaging that fantasy is reality, and that reality is only the wrong perception of those who do not understand.
Such a person is trapped in a world of darkness and despair, and if he does not come to believe God’s word, turn to the light, and be delivered from that darkness and confusion, he will continue to spiral downward into depression, despondence, anger, hatefulness, rage, and even violence, which may include criminal assaults or suicide.
Remember that mentally ill people that have committed suicide did not do so because normal people told them the truth, in an effort to help them. They did so because evil, insensitive, and irresponsible people continued to feed their delusion. And being that a delusion is not reality, it can never end in happiness and fulfillment, but will always and only end in despair and self-destruction.
If you know of a person who is pretending to be “transgender”, the very best thing that you can do for him is to tell him what the Bible says about God, his creation, his judgment, and his gospel.
